Dr. Greg (or Gregory) Pastorfide is considered the pioneer of IVF in the Philippines. He graduated from the University of the Philippines and completed his post-graduate education in OB-GYN at Harvard Medical School. He has received numerous awards; invited to speak in international scientific meetings, conferences and seminars; and has had a share of experience in local medical societies.

He was the President of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society in 2002; the founding President of the Philippine Society for the Trophoblastic Disease from 2002 to 2004; has been the past president and founding member of the Philippine Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and has been the Philippines’ representative in international medical societies in Australia, Italy and the U.S.A.

He has also spearheaded and written significant scientific researches, papers and studies in the field of OB-GYN, including of course infertility-related topics/cases. He has also been the Editor-In-Chief of the Philippine Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology. His contributions to the industry are simply rich, educational and priceless.

With over 30 years of contribution, dedication and experience, Dr Pastorfide continues to give couples an opportunity to become expectant parents. He is currently the Medical Director of Victory A.R. Laboratory, Philippines, Inc., President of The Foundation for Reproductive Care, Inc. (Department of OB-GYN, UP-PGH), active Consultant in Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Makati Medical Center and a Visiting Consultant in Medical City Hospital.

Dr. Romualdo Sciorio, Laboratory Director/Chief Embryologist Dr. Romualdo Sciorio is a fun-loving embryologist born and raised in Italy. He graduated magna cum laude in Biology at the University of Naples, Italy. He has recently finished his Masters in Biotechnology at the Edinburgh Napier University in Edinburgh, UK.

As a graduate student, Dr. Sciorio worked in a research lab with distinguished embryologists at the University of Naples. Afterwards, he worked as an embryologist at a private IVF Unit ART in Valle di Maddaloni, Caserta. Dr. Sciorio also earned a scholarship at the Unite Biologie de la Reproduction in Lyon, France, and worked as a researcher.

Dr. Sciorio continued to hone his skills and expand his experiences in the field of reproductive health. He worked as an embryologist at the following institutions: Valle di Maddaloni, Caserta; Reproductive Pathophysiology Unit at the Health Care Unit-Infermi Hospital; CARE IVF in Nottingham; Edinburgh Reproductive Endocrine Center (EFREC); at Monash IVF in Melbourne, Australia; Pacific Center for Reproductive Medicine in Vancouver (PCRM) in Canada; at
The Center for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH) as well as London Fertility Center (LFC) in London.

Dr. Sciorio is affiliated with different health organizations including the Health Professionals Council the Association of Clinical Embryologist among several others. He also authored and co-authored various research papers. When not busy working, Dr. Sciorio spends his time cooking and playing sports.
